Reception office is open 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours an express check-in is operated. If arriving outside opening hours, guests are requested to call the office during opening hours (00442086885503) or email (croydon@max-servicedapartments.co.uk) at least 48 hours prior to arrival so the hotel can send guests the important instructions for check-in. Without this information guests may not be able to enter the building.

How To Go

By car: From the west, leave the M25 at junction 7 and follow the northbound A23 to Croydon. From the East, leave the M25 at junction 6, and follow the northbound A22 to Purley, then the A23 to Croydon. Follow signs to central Croydon and at The Waddon public house traffic lights turn right. Continue straight on to cross the flyover. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A232. This is Fairfield Road and the apartment hotel is ahead on the left-hand side.
