The hotel is made up of a main building and an annexe block, each with 6 floors and 239 rooms, of which 206 are doubles and 33 are apartments. The sophisticated foyer has a 24-hour reception, lifts, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a cloakroom. Additional amenities include a café, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with separate non-smoking area. How To Go

By rail, from any Central London mainline rail station, take the underground to Charing Cross station. The hotel can be reached simply by exiting the station through the subway, bringing you out within a few yards of the reception hall. By air, from any of the London airports, take any train or underground train into central London and get to Charing Cross Station by use of the underground Bakerloo or Northern lines. By road, follow signs to central London, and then towards Trafalgar square. Once passed through Trafalgar Square with the National Portrait Gallery at left, continue out from the Square and into Duncan Street. At the traffic lights ahead and to the right is the entrance to Charing Cross Station and the Thistle Charing Cross above. Drive into the Station access road in order to check in and drop luggage. NB: Parking is not permitted in that area.
